REIS's Three Part
Process
Part #1: The
Purchase of the Rental Property
- Once the client determines how much is to be invested or
protected, Real Estate Income Solutions, LLC (REIS) locates premium
rental property for the client, facilitates a tennant for the
property and then guarantees a monthly rental income to the client
and/or client's family. For creditor protection, a Florida Limited
Liability Company (LLC) is established for the client.
Part #2: The
Leasing of the Property
- REIS leases
the property from the client. The lease agreement makes REIS solely
responsible for all taxes, insurance, maintenance and other expenses
associated with the property. REIS guarantees a monthly rental
payment regardless of whether or not the property is subleased.
During the lease term, no matter what, the
client (or client's family) get the monthly rental payment.
Part #3: The Sale
of the Property
- Upon the end
of the lease term, REIS will sell the property and guarantee the
return of the property's original purchase price to the client (or
client's family).
